Greenville, S.C. – Farm Bureau Insurance honored Wayne Morris, an agent in the Georgetown County office, with their prestigious MAPS Award. The award was announced Feb. 27 at the company’s annual statewide sales conference. Morris was one of two agents throughout South Carolina to receive the 2024 MAPS Award, the company’s highest award of excellence.

The MAPS Award honors select agents who demonstrate a daily commitment to providing the highest level of customer service. Those recognized exemplify traits like trustworthiness, sincerity, and honesty.

“I am truly honored and humbled to receive this most prestigious award,” Morris said. “I am also thankful for the many clients that have placed their trust in Farm Bureau Insurance and me.”

As a MAPS recipient, Morris will serve on the 2024 Farm Bureau Insurance Vision Committee along with Lori Todd, agency manager in Cherokee County and MAPS recipient. The Vision Committee is a collaborative effort between Farm Bureau Insurance employees and agents working to enhance the company’s products and services.

Morris attended Coastal Carolina University and obtained his Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (LUTCF) from the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. Morris began his career with Farm Bureau Insurance in 2003.
