Greenville, S.C. – Farm Bureau Insurance honored Lori Todd, agency manager in the Cherokee County office, with their prestigious MAPS Award. The award was announced Feb. 27 at the company’s annual statewide sales conference. Todd was one of two agents throughout South Carolina to receive the 2024 MAPS Award, the company’s highest award of excellence.
The MAPS Award honors select agents who demonstrate a daily commitment to providing the highest level of customer service. Those recognized exemplify traits like trustworthiness, sincerity, and honesty.
“I am so honored to have been chosen for the MAPS award,” Todd said. “To join such an outstanding group of agents is truly a milestone in my career. I look forward to being a part of the Vision Committee and helping find ways we can better serve our clients. Being a part of the Farm Bureau Insurance team and working with our members is such a rewarding part of my life. I look forward to many more years!”
As a MAPS recipient, Todd will serve on the 2024 Farm Bureau Insurance Vision Committee along with Wayne Morris, an agent in Georgetown County and MAPS recipient. The Vision Committee is a collaborative effort between Farm Bureau Insurance employees and agents working to enhance the company’s products and services.
Todd is a graduate of Clemson University and began her career with Farm Bureau Insurance in 1998. She took time off to raise her daughter and returned in 2017 as an agent in the Spartanburg and Union offices. In 2024, she was promoted to agency manager of the Cherokee office.
