If you are a South Carolina policyholder and you need to report a claim for your car, farm, home or other property, please call our Customer Service Call Center at 1-800-799-7500.
You may also report claims online by logging into your account, under the Member Login section. If you are a Farm Bureau Insurance customer and do not have an online account, please register now. You will need your Farm Bureau membership number to create an online account.
Palmetto Specialty Insurance Agency, LLC Claim
If you have a policy written through Farm Bureau Insurance’s in-house brokerage agency, Palmetto Specialty Insurance Agency, Inc., you may report your claim by finding your carrier’s claims reporting information here. Palmetto Specialty Insurance Agency, Inc. serves the insurance needs of Farm Bureau members who are unable to obtain coverage through Farm Bureau Insurance.
S.C. Wind and Hail Underwriting Association Claim
If wind is excluded from your Farm Bureau Insurance policy and you purchased coverage through South Carolina Wind and Hail Underwriting Association, please report your claim by calling the South Carolina Wind and Hail Underwriting Association Claims Call Center at 1-800-236-1873. South Carolina Wind and Hail Underwriting Association does not have the capability to accept loss notices via the Internet.
Flood Insurance Policy Claim
Flood insurance claims may be reported by calling our Customer Service Call Center at 1-800-647-8052 or online using the flood insurance portal. Login to your account to report a flood claim. If you do not have an account, you will need to set one up before you can report a claim or see specific details about your flood policy.
