Beyond the Sidelines Sweepstakes

The Sweepstakes is sponsored and administered by South Carolina Farm Bureau® Mutual Insurance Company ("Sponsor"). Clemson Athletic Ventures is responsible for providing and fulfilling the Grand Prize and associated benefits.

Eligibility

The Beyond the Sidelines Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the State of South Carolina who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, agents, directors, officers, representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, grandchild, and their respective spouses), and members of the same household of employees of South Carolina Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company ("Sponsor") are not eligible to participate or win.

Void where prohibited by law.

Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes consists of three separate prize drawings associated with designated Clemson University home football games as set forth below. The sweepstakes begins at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time on August 5, 2026 and ends at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time November 16, 2026.

Only entries received on or before the applicable entry deadline will be eligible for that game's drawing. Entries submitted after a game's entry deadline will not be eligible for that game's Grand Prize or poster prize drawing but may be eligible for subsequent drawings if submitted before the applicable deadline.

How to Enter

Eligible participants may enter only through the official online entry form available on Sponsor’s website. Limit one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period. Eligible entries will automatically roll into subsequent drawings for which the applicable deadline has not passed.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, corrupted, inaccessible, or technically malfunctioning entries.

No mail-in, phone, email, or in-person entries will be accepted.

Grand Prize

One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected for each designated game.

Each Grand Prize includes:

• Four (4) tickets to the designated Clemson home football game
• Four (4) pregame field passes
• Four (4) 1934 Club passes
• One (1) postgame meet-and-greet with a Clemson student-athlete, subject to availability and applicable NCAA rules
• One (1) Clemson Football collectible item, as determined by Clemson Athletic Ventures

Approximate retail value may vary. Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance or use of a prize.

Prizes may not be exchanged, redeemed for cash, or substituted.

Grand Prize Winner Selection and Notification 

One (1) Grand Prize winner for each designated game will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received by the applicable entry deadline. Grand Prize winners will be notified by telephone and/or email using the contact information provided on the Sweepstakes entry form. 

The selected winner must respond and confirm acceptance of the prize within seventy-two (72) hours of the first notification attempt. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required 72-hour period, is determined to be ineligible, declines the prize, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected by the Sponsor in a random drawing from the remaining eligible entries. 

No substitutions for an alternate game date will be permitted 

Winners must attend the game associated with the prize drawing for which they were selected. If a winner is unable to attend the designated game, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected by Sponsor. 

Cancellation or Postponement 

If a designated game is postponed, canceled, rescheduled, played without spectators, or otherwise materially altered, Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, award tickets to an alternate game, or cancel the affected drawing in its sole discretion. 

Autographed Poster Prize Drawings 

In addition to the Grand Prize winners, fifty (50) entrants for each designated game drawing who are not selected as Grand Prize winners will be randomly selected to receive an autographed Clemson Football schedule poster. A total of one hundred fifty (150) poster prizes will be awarded throughout the Sweepstakes. 

Poster Winner Selection and Notification 

Winners will be selected in random drawings from among all eligible entries received by the applicable entry deadline. 

Poster winners will be notified by telephone and/or email using the contact information provided during entry. If a selected winner fails to respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification, or if a selected winner is determined to be ineligible, declines the prize, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the selected winner will forfeit the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor's discretion. 

Odds of Winning 

Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. 

Publicity Release 

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's consent to Sponsor's use of the winner's name, city of residence, likeness, photograph, voice, statements, and prize information for promotional, advertising, and publicity purposes, without additional compensation or notice. 

Privacy and Marketing Communications 

By submitting an entry and providing contact information, entrants consent to Sponsor's collection, use, and retention of personal information in accordance with applicable law and Sponsor's privacy practices. By providing an email address, entrants agree to receive communications from South Carolina Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company regarding the Sweepstakes, as well as information regarding Farm Bureau Insurance products, services, promotions, and other marketing communications. Entrants may opt out of marketing emails at any time. 

Sponsor reserves the right to retain and use collected personal information, including photographs and other submitted materials, for the administration, promotion, and advertising of the Sweepstakes and Sponsor's products and services. 

General Conditions 

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. 

Limitation of Liability 

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless South Carolina Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company, Clemson University, Clemson Athletics, Clemson Athletic Ventures and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt, use, or misuse of any prize.

To request the names of winners, send a written request to South Carolina Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company, Marketing Department, 724 Knox Abbott Drive, Cayce, SC 29033, within sixty (60) days following the final drawing date.
